Our Studio of creatives take pride in upholding and executing honest and ethical architectural services that focus on building the success of Māori and Pasifika in the industry, as well as ensuring the constant up-skilling and development of our team to execute and maintain excellence of service to our clients and the industry.
Pou Architecture sees the success of any design process dependent on healthy
collaboration and working closely with all parties involved to provide a project to the highest
standard of results. Through collaboration and talanoa, we value and respect the input of
all parties involved for the greater good of the project’s success.

Our responsibility as Architects to uphold the importance of culture and heritage throughout all aspects of our process is taken seriously through korero, collaboration and consultation.
This ensures the richness that all cultures provide to architecture is held with the up-most respect, dignity and responsibility - for the betterment of the environment, communities and the people we serve.
Our land, our surroundings and our environment is a reflection of who we are; physically and culturally.
It is therefore important to consider context in every aspect and influence of our architectural process.
The success of how our communities live, learn and grow can be directly attributed to how (and if) those who use it are actively and directly involved in its fabrication and guidance.
Our influence as Architects and Designers on our communities therefore must be mindful to provide healthy, safe and active spaces to serve our communities with excellence.
